1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

2. Legal Disclaimer & No Attorney-Client Relationship
The information provided in our SMS communications, intake forms, and administrative notices is provided for informational and administrative purposes only and does not constitute formal legal advice. Submitting an inquiry, sending an SMS message, or receiving text updates from Castro Injury Law does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon the execution of a formal written retainer agreement signed by both you and Castro Injury Law.
3. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current contact information when submitting forms or opting in to communications. You agree not to send unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized content through our contact forms or SMS channels.
4. Limitation of Liability
Castro Injury Law shall not be liable for any delays, delivery failures, or errors in SMS message transmission caused by mobile carriers or third-party networks, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital communication platforms. Carriers and wireless service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our SMS services or communications shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Castro Injury Law reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our SMS services or submission of contact forms following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
